What it is:  a class you'll only find at ONX and ONX + Amelia, and rated the top class in the Twin Cities by ClassPass users. A heated, beat-based yoga warm-up is followed by a 2-3 block circuit-style strength and cardio workout. Music-driven core work and stretching round out the hour. Class will be held OUTSIDE on the parking lot pavement in front of ONX.

Our take on the traditionally disciplined format incorporates cardio bursts to up your calorie burn and muscle tension exercises to maximize muscle exhaustion. This is an all levels class; while challenging, Barre is low-impact on your joints, making it a great workout for all fitness levels and abilities.

Pop-up: CircHIIT Flow w/ Eden (in studio + Zoom)

What it is: This class is a perfectly balanced workout that blends yoga and high-intensity interval training for strength, endurance, and recovery. Class will begin with 20-30 minutes of yoga to warm up the body, transition into HIIT circuits to build power and stamina, and finish with yoga to promote flexibility and relaxation. This seamless flow will leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

Pop-up: Candlelight Yoga + Sound Bath (75 min) w/ Kelly (in studio only)

What it is: An all-levels, slower-paced, less heated Power Yoga class that allows you to both challenge your body and chill out your mind. This class ends with a Sound Bath, which is part meditation + part listening exercise to help calm overstimulated nervous systems. Sound Baths make it easier to enter a deeply relaxed state without complicating how to get there.

EVENT: FREE Hormone Health Seminar

What it is: Join Andrea Koch, ONX Unlimited Member and women's health Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a free educational workshop on hormone health. Andrea will deliver a presentation focused on midlife hormone health as well as PCOS and general imbalances that can occur in pre-menopause (thyroid included).

So many women (and men) navigate symptoms without realizing they're hormone-related, and this seminar can help connect the dots in a clear, empowering way. Expect to cover topics like:

- How perimenopause and menopause impact energy, metabolism, sleep and mood
- Why symptoms like weight changes, fatigue, brain fog, hot flashes and night sweats happen
- What labs to ask for
- Practical strategies to use right away to support hormone imbalance

What it is: Join Cassie for a fun, welcoming class designed for parents and their child(ren) ages 6+. Together, you’ll explore foundational yoga postures, try simple breathing exercises, and learn basic yoga terminology in a way that feels engaging and approachable for all ages. It’s the perfect opportunity to move, connect, and try something new as a family!

Pricing: $15 for members | $20 for non-members (*includes one parent and one child*)

Pop-up: FlowFHIIT w/ Nina (in studio only)

What it is: a beat-based, full-body workout and movement class that uses light weights and high reps. This class is defined by unique, flowing patterns of movement that will build full body strength with a low impact approach. Mobility work will complement the strength work, and optional cardio efforts will be woven into class. FlowFHIIT is not heated, and uses Bala Bars and Bala Power Rings, which are specific to this class format.
