WORKSHOP: Winter Solstice Flow + Sound Bath w/ Jen P. + Kelly (in studio only)

What it is: Honor the darkest night of the year with a grounding and heart-nourishing 60-minute Winter Solstice practice. This slow, intentional flow guides you inward with gentle movement, steady breath, and spacious transitions designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance during the shift into winter.

We’ll explore movement to open the body, release tension, and cultivate inner light, followed by rest that invites stillness and reflection. Practice closes with a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls and chimes, creating a cocoon of vibration to support deep rest, renewal and intention-setting for the season ahead.

Families are welcome to head out after 30 minutes, or stay for the full 45 minutes to enjoy a longer cool-down and relaxation together.

What it is: Hour of Power/Everett Prettyman Dedication Class: A free class to raise resources for pediatric cancer research. The Hour of Power is held annually in honor of Ted Mullin and to raise awareness of the organization and its cause. Ted swam for St. Olaf, and his favorite set was continuous relays. Hence, the Hour of Power is an hour of continuous exercise by a team devoted to the Ted Mullin Fund and those affected by pediatric cancer. This class is dedicated to Ted, Everett Prettyman, and others facing pediatric cancer.

What it is: a beat-based, full-body workout and movement class that uses light weights and high reps. This class is defined by unique, flowing patterns of movement that will build full body strength with a low impact approach. Mobility work will complement the strength work, and optional cardio efforts will be woven into class. FlowFHIIT is not heated, and uses Bala Bars and Bala Power Rings, which are specific to this class format.
