What it is: Hour of Power/Everett Prettyman Dedication Class: A free class to raise resources for pediatric cancer research. The Hour of Power is held annually in honor of Ted Mullin and to raise awareness of the organization and its cause. Ted swam for St. Olaf, and his favorite set was continuous relays. Hence, the Hour of Power is an hour of continuous exercise by a team devoted to the Ted Mullin Fund and those affected by pediatric cancer. This class is dedicated to Ted, Everett Prettyman, and others facing pediatric cancer.

What it is: Hatha + Sound Bath is a slow, intentional practice designed to help you reconnect to your body and breath. We’ll move through traditional Hatha postures with mindful pacing, holding poses to build strength, stability, and awareness. Class concludes with an immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations to quiet the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into deep rest and restoration.
What it is: a slower-paced, all-levels Power Yoga class that allows you to both challenge your body and chill out your mind. Class will conclude with a guided meditation. No meditation experience is needed or required.
