Pop-up: Hip Pop Yoga w/ Jen Le (in studio only)

What it is: One of our most favorite classes! Hip Pop Yoga is a music-driven Power Yoga class that incorporates small muscle-toning movements into each flow (no weights and no high impact movements). It's what we believe to be the perfect class: 80% yoga for flexibility + muscle lengthening, 20% strength for challenge + muscle toning.

Pop-up: Yoga CircHIIT - ARM-ageddon w/ Krista (in studio + Zoom)

What it is:  a class you'll only find at ONX and ONX + Amelia, and rated the top class in the Twin Cities by ClassPass users. A heated, beat-based yoga warm-up is followed by a 2-3 block circuit-style strength and cardio workout. Music-driven core work and stretching round out the hour.

Pop-up: Strength 101 (75 min) w/ Haley (in-studio only)

What it is: Join us for our second Strength 101, where we will break down foundational movement patterns to help you feel powerful and safe in any workout. Class will start with a non-weighted warm up, will continue with demonstration + terminology and a chance to try the exercises with weight, and will end with a short workout with these exercises included. Students will specifically focus on Squats, Swings, and Snatches.

Note: while this class may go the full 75-minutes as planned, we may get through the full programming before that.
