Stephanie helps people become the driver of their own nervous systems by optimizing how you breathe, focusing on diaphragmatic mechanics to unlock more power and lessen stress.
Most people are considered "chest breathers," using the upper body to gasp for air, which often keeps minds in a state of constant, low-level panic. Stephanie will help you garner five simple tools to breathe better and feel better immediately. These tools are called "The Big 5"—a specific sequence of yoga-based movements designed to "wring out" tension from your torso and unlock your body’s natural ability to relax.
