What it is: Join us for our first ever Strength 101, where we will break down foundational movement patterns to help you feel powerful and safe in any workout. Class will start with a non-weighted warm up, will continue with demonstration + terminology and a chance to try the exercises with weight, and will end with a short workout with these exercises included. Students will specifically focus on deadlifts and cleans for this class in July.
