What it is: HotYasa fuses together a flowing Vinyasa-style (Power Yoga) class with classic Hot Yoga postures. It’s slightly more heated than a traditional Power Yoga class, and the combination of breath-to-movement flow with specific postures that are held for longer periods of time allows you to deeply open and stretch your entire body.
