What it is: We developed our Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training based on almost 15 years experience both teaching Yoga Sculpt and leading over 150 other students on their Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training journey. Not only will this 5-week training certify you as a Yoga Sculpt instructor, but it will help you to grow as an individual in both your personal and professional life. It is so much more than just learning to teach a Sculpt class, which is why we love it. While learning to create and lead a 60 minute Sculpt class is the end goal of the training, we believe the most impactful part of this experience to be the development of skills related to public speaking, commanding attention, multitasking, thinking on your feet, and finding and standing in the power of your own presence.
