What is it: Join Nicole and Jen Le. for a special, member-only sculpt + sound bath! Class will begin with a yoga based warm up and will flow into beat based movement using free weights (optional). To end, Jen will assist in a gentle cooldown and sound bath. This class is for ONX Unlimited members *only as part of our member appreciation month celebrations! Class will be held in the main studio.
