This 75-minute workshop will teach you how to navigate both the mental and physical challenges of arm balances + inversions. This workshop will consist of a short 15-20 minute yoga warm-up to prime your physical body and will then focus on identifying and using major muscle groups to develop your arm balance + inversion practice. We will end our time together by weaving together a yoga flow that incorporates all we have learned.
There's a lot to learn and a lot of time to practice during this highly-demanded workshop. All levels are welcome!
